The Cage is No More

Once upon a time, there was an empty bird cage that was abandoned in an old thrift shop. It was lonely and wished to have a bird to keep it company again.

One day, a group of mischievous pens and scissors entered the thrift shop and stumbled upon the empty cage. They were amazed by how beautiful the cage was and wanted to make it their new home.

So, they approached the cage and asked if it would be willing to house them. The cage was overjoyed and agreed to be their new home.

But as soon as the pens and scissors settled in, they realized that they had made a mistake. The cage was not equipped to hold pens and scissors and they were constantly falling out.

Undeterred, the pens and scissors refused to leave their new home and decided to fix the problem. They worked tirelessly to reinforce the cage and make it sturdy enough to hold them.

Eventually, their hard work paid off and the cage was finally able to hold the pens and scissors without them falling out. The cage was no longer empty and was now home to a group of mischievous writing utensils.

And from that day forward, the pens and scissors lived happily ever after in their new home, the empty bird cage, enjoying their barters of stories and songs.
